Frequently Asked Questions

My token balance looks wrong

Token balances belong to an account. If you played as a guest for a while and signed in later, or if you have more than one account, your balance may not be where you expect it. If it still looks wrong, write to us with your username.

The rewarded ad won't open

Ads need an internet connection, and there isn't always an ad available to show. Check your connection and try again in a few minutes. If it keeps happening, tell us your device model.

I found a mistake in a question

Send us the clue you think is wrong or incomplete, with a screenshot if possible. We review and update the question pool regularly.
