Delete Account

You can permanently delete your account and the personal data attached to it whenever you want. You don't have to ask anyone: the whole thing is done from inside the app.

Steps Inside the App

1. Sign in with the account you want to delete.
2. Tap the account button at the top left of the home screen to open My Account.
3. Tap “Delete account” at the bottom of that screen.
4. Confirm on the screen that appears.

What Gets Deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes all of the following:

• Your sign-in identity (email address and authentication details)
• Your username
• Your notification identifier (push token) — notifications stop completely
• Your scores and your entries on the leaderboard
• Your token balance and in-game preferences

Deletion happens in a single step and cannot be undone. Afterwards you can no longer sign in with this account or reach its data.

Data Retention Exception

Legal obligations may require us to keep certain records (transaction history, for example) for a limited period. Those records are deleted once that period ends.
